  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive another notification once your order has been shipped.

  • During high-demand periods or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.


2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We offer the following options:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and unforeseen factors such as weather delays.


3. Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship to addresses within the United States (including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories).

  • International Shipping: At this time, international shipping is limited. For special international orders, please contact contact@avcshoes.store to discuss availability.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number.
You can use this number to track your package through the carrier’s website.

If you do not receive a tracking number within a reasonable time, please contact us at contact@avcshoes.store.


5. Shipping Delays

While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, we are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions

  • Carrier delays

  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by customers

  • Customs processing for international shipments

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

AVC Shoes is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order.
If you believe your package was lost or stolen:

  • Please file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.

7. Address Changes

If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at contact@avcshoes.store.
We will do our best to accommodate the change, but cannot guarantee modifications once an order has been processed or shipped.
