1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The item was purchased directly from AVC Shoes via our official website.

  • The return request is made within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • The item is unworn, unused, unwashed, and in original condition with original tags and packaging intact.

Items that are worn, damaged, altered, or not in resalable condition may not be eligible for a refund.


2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return:

  1. Contact our customer service team at contact@avcshoes.store with the following information:

    • Order number

    • Item(s) you wish to return

    • Reason for the return

  2. Our team will review your request and provide detailed return instructions.

  3. Ship the item back to the address provided by our customer support team.
    (Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.)


3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • You will be notified via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Shipping fees and express delivery costs (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


4. Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or style, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.


5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Clearance or final sale items (marked as “Final Sale” at checkout)

  • Gift cards

  • Customized or personalized products


6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Please contact us immediately at contact@avcshoes.store with photos of the item and packaging.

  • We will review the situation and provide a replacement, exchange, or refund at no additional cost to you.
